This 2-hour event begins with a compassionate boot camp workout. If you think this is a contradiction, just wait. We'll get you moving and loving it at the same time. It's all about moving your body and loving yourself while you're doing it.

After our workout we'll begin break out sessions to have an experiential conversation about compassion. We'll cover what it means to be compassionate to the self and to others. This workshop will help both mothers and daughters connect with each other and learn how to bring compassion into our daily life.

BONUS: Every participant will receive practical applications of a daily compassion practice. We will also provide peanut free snacks to fuel our energy during the process.
